"Blind" brings the audience in locally.

February 22nd, 2019, was a night to remember. The red carpet was laid out, and guests were dressed to impress. "Blind's" premiere was sold out, and the parking lot was full. The cameras were flashing, and the people were posing, but most importantly, lives were changed. During the Q&A, guests wanted to know, "When will you all find out if you won?" Well, the results are in. On May 7, 2019, we received a message from the American Black Film Festival informing us that "Blind" had not been chosen as a finalist.
We had the chance to talk with the cast members, and they were all in agreement about the results: "Regardless, if we won or not, the process of filming a short film, the experience, doing interviews, and meeting new people was worth our time." The experience is what matters the most, and they wouldn't trade it for the world. The writer, director, and producer stated that, "This will not be the last project Parable Kingdom will be putting together. I have a lot of ideas cooking in my brain; it's just a matter of time until I put them all down on the script. Right now, my laptop is down, but I'm taking notes.
My next projects will be more relatable and creative. This is only the beginning. "Blind" is available to stream on YouTube and Facebook. Watch "Blind" by clicking the play button below.
